The venue hosts a gala on New Year’s Eve. Although attendance at the gala is not required, it is compensated.
The Cip lounge is free for return flights from Antalya for stays of four nights or longer to be arranged between November 1 and March 31.
The NG Phaselis Bay accommodations are available beginning at 14:00. The rooms must be vacated by 12:00 a.m. at the latest. The property does not allow pets. Seasonal factors affect how the facility’s open spaces are used.
The facility has a handicapped room. 2+2 or 3+1 stays in rooms other than family rooms or some private rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not be in the comfort of a fixed bed.
Ultra All Inclusive accommodation at the facilities starts with dinner, includes dinner for the number of nights stayed, and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, a suite room (and so on), no refund will be made if any of the guests leaving the hotel early.
