Measures Taken Within the Scope of Covid-19

Precautionary and Hygiene Rules Regarding Employees

Transfer vehicles used by employees on their way to and from work are disinfected before and after each service. Employees have to wear protective masks during transfers and safe physical distance rule is applied since the capacity of transfer vehicles is used at 50%.

Employees are screened for general health and fever measurements are made with digital thermometers before they start work. Personnel with high fever and symptoms related to the disease are not fired. Personnel who did not feel well were instructed not to come to the workplace and about the actions to be taken.

The uniforms of the personnel are changed and washed frequently, and the personnel are disinfected before they start working.

There are enough disinfection units in the staff common areas and in the background working units. Every personnel, no matter what department he works in, must wash his hands every hour according to the rule, as well as disinfect their hands.

Personnel working in the background such as housekeeping, cleaning services, food and beverage production areas and dishwashing rooms must wear masks and disposable gloves.

There are posters and brochures on pandemic and hygiene issues in staff common areas, and safe physical distance rule is applied in these areas.

Each employee knows and applies the safe physical distance rule in their relations with guests and among themselves. Employees who have direct contact with the guest apply masks when necessary.

Certified workplace physicians are on duty for Cullinan Belek employees. Where possible, the facility has action plans.

Checik-in & Check out Transactions

The suitcases and other belongings will be taken to the hotel by disinfection by the personnel who have received the necessary training in this regard and will be sent to the guests’ rooms safely.

By means of the thermal cameras located at the entrance doors, the guests will be taken to the temperature measurement and in case of a negative situation, this situation will be shared with them only in accordance with the KVKK laws, and the necessary actions will be taken as written in the action plans.

The staff in charge will explain the measures taken and the measures taken in general, a welcome cologne will be offered and hand brochures made on the subject will be given to the guests. Cullinan Belek Guest Assistants are assigned to assist you in all matters.

All measures have been taken to ensure that there is no congestion at the entrances and exits to the hotels, safe distance intervals are shown and safe resting areas are created when it is necessary to wait.

Door cards will be prepared and disinfected before guests enter the hotel, and will be given to the guests safely in their protected covers. The pens given to the guests to fill in the required documents are prepared in their special covers and for one-time use. All entry registration procedures will be carried out by taking into account the safe physical distance.

If the guests wish to contact the hotels via the e-mail addresses of the relevant hotels before checking in, they will be able to check-in more securely with online check-in.

Within certain limits, non-contact POS machines will be used and these machines will be disinfected continuously.

Cullinan Belek guests will be able to use the facility’s mobile applications, if they wish, in order to be informed about quick and healthy communication and necessary announcements.

All transactions that may require contact during check-in and check-out will definitely be carried out within the framework of the safe physical distance rule and duly.
